Description: Basil is an annual herb which grows 20-50 cm (8-20 in) in height. It s appears in clusters, framed by oval pointed green leaves.

Color: Mildy greenish golden yellow

Common Uses: Basil Essential Oil has been used for a long time in tradional Indian ayurvedic medicine for its property to clear the mind and help with mental focus and concentration.  Medicinally, it is also used to clear the sinuses, promote digestion and to stimulate respiratory circulation.

Blends well with: Basil essentil oil blends well with Bergamot, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Lime, Eucalyptus, Juniper, Lemon, Neroli, and Rosemary

Odor:  Sweet, herbaceous with woody base note

Cautions: Basil Essential Oil may irritate sensitive skin. Do not use during pregnancy.
