Description: Roman Chamomile is a low growing perennial plant. The plant is grown in many parts of Europe. Leaves are finely divided with small white flowers.

Common Uses: Chamomile Roman flowers are used in many herbal concontions such as an herbal tea to cure insomnia. It has also been known to be used as a disinfectant. Chamomile roman essential oil is used to treat aches and pains in muscles and joints.

Blends well with: Chamomile roman oil blends well with Oils of Geranium, Lavender, Rose, Neroli, Clary Sage and Ylang Ylang

Odor: Chamomile Roman Essential Oil has a exotic, rich odor reminiscent of apples and grass.

Cautions: Do not use in high doses as it may cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals.
